In February and March of this year our utility bill was about $450.00 each month. We replaced our heat pump with a new unit from southern services. I am pleased to say that our average utility bill since then has been about 150-190 dollars. I can not say enough for the quick installation as well as their response to service concerns. Well done southern services.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by your installers.  Josh and Tanner were very attentive to detail...did not mind answering questions.....very meticulous with actual installation and fitting and did an excellent job of explaining the use of the system to get the maximum efficiency. Their attention to detail is what brought us to the discussion of leakage in the duct system...of which I am most appreciative. They were very polite and respectful in dealing with the overall process.  I have to believe it is a reflection of the example set by you in dealing with customers.  Your being a part of the process and being visible only serves to install confidence in your company.

As a pastor and having a building that seats around 400 people and an education building with multiple floors we recently had Southern Services of Lexington, Inc. to install the TRANE Comfortlink Thermostats. We have been using them for several months and are so pleased with the results because of:

a. Uniformity of heat and cool throughout the building
b. You can control the thermostat from your computer or internet connect phone at anytime.
c. You receive e-mail to make you aware of changes in the temperature and thus helps with fuel savings.

I give it a Thumbs up and a score of “10”. The Comfort Link system comes with my highest recommendation and so does Southern Services of Lexington, Inc.

I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with the new XL ultra efficiency heat pump which was recently purchased for my home. The unit performance has been outstanding, and my electric bill is already much lower which is a tribute to the efficiency of the XL. I am also very pleased with the Trane Clean Effects filter on my system, which filters out 99.9% of airborne particles in the house. This is vastly superior to the previous system which relied on air filters only. My wife and I both have allergies this time of year and our symptoms have improved 100% since the installation of this filter. It has really made a difference in improving our health with regard to allergies, and we are most appreciative. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product to all my friends.

Work is love made visible - I have been quite impressed with the young men sent to install my Lennox unit, Leon and Brian. It is quite unique seeing a team work. In one accord, balancing the problems such as the 3 inch thick floor for the intake screen. You almost had to use a jackhammer to drive through the wood. They worked soaked in sweat and sometimes rain on one of the hottest days of summer. I am proud they were chosen to install this unit. I will recommend Southern Services to many!

This letter is to tell you how much we appreciate the kindness that your company has shown us recently as well as in the past. Our first encounter with Southern Services was a few years ago on Christmas Eve. We had our heating unit to catch on fire, and one of your company’s service men was pulled away from family on Christmas so that we could have heat for our family. This technician came, did his job without complaining, and then the price also was reasonable. We just recently had to put a new system into the house and we were very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of each individual. From the Comfort Advisor, Brian, to the installers that were here again right at Christmas time. Just wanted to write and thank you for your encouragement to purchase the 10 year extended warranty coverage on the 3-units that Southern Services installed in my house. As you know, this summer appropriately two years after installation, a problem developed in the downstairs unit that created a major repair bill that exceeded the cost of all the extended warranty certificates combined. Usually, I do not purchase extended warranties on small items, i.e. stoves, refrigerators, video cameras, but it made sense that the likelihood of a problem in one of the three units within ten years seemed probable. Again, thank you for the offer and encouragement to purchase these extended warranties.
